Realme 7i Specs Leaked Ahead of Its Launch

Realme announced its brand new Realme 7 series on Sept. 3, 2020, which included two new smartphones, Realme 7 and Realme 7 Pro. Now Realme is all set once again to launch a new smartphone alongside Realme 7 on Sept. 17, 2020, that is the Realme 7i. It will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 662, as revealed by the company in Indonesia. The leaked poster provides us with a minor mention of the basic upcoming smartphone’s specs.

We expect Realme 7i to have only one specific variant of 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage expandable up to 256GB and will be available in two color options Champagne and Jade. Performance is the major highlight of this smartphone as Realme 7i is expected to have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 processor, an octa-core chipset having 11nm process technology clocked at 2.0GHz along with Adreno 618 GPU. On the other hand, Realme 7 and Realme 7 Pro have MediaTek Helio G95 and Snapdragon 720G processor. We also believe Realme 7i is going to sport a 6.5inches HD+ display of 1600 x 720 resolution and an aspect ratio of 20:9 with a refresh rate of 90Hz.

Talking about the optics, Realme 7i comes with a rear quad-camera setup of 64 megapixels primary camera, 8 megapixels ultrawide lens, 2 megapixels macro lens, and 2 megapixels depth sensor which can shoot up to 4k at 30fps or 1080p at 30/60fps. Moreover, at the front, it features a 16 megapixels front punch-hole camera that can record up to 1080p at 30/120fps. We expect Realme 7i to have a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and a power-packed 5000 mAh non-removable battery. It is slightly better than Realme 7 and Realme 7 Pro, both running on a 4500 mAh battery. Realme 7i is going to support 18W quick charge with a USB-C port. It is a downgrade from Realme 7 that supports 30W quick-charge, and Realme 7 Pro that supports a 65W SuperDart charging.

Price and Pre-booking Benefits

That’s all we know about the Realme 7i, and there is no specific intel about its cost either but, it’s pre-booking already started in Indonesia at IDR 200,000 (roughly Rs 1,000), and when the sale begins one also gets Realme Buds Classic wired earphones free.

At last, we would like to conclude that the Realme 7i is going to be a mid-range smartphone with quality specs and will give tough competition to its fellow competitors. The Chinese company will reveal more about the upcoming smartphone on Sept. 17, 2020, so stay tuned for that.
