Ptron has launched two new truly wireless (TWS) earphones, the Ptron Bassbuds Vista and Ptron Bassbuds Pro, in India. The Hyderabad, India-based brand launched these TWS earphones at an affordable price of ₹1,299 (roughly $18) and ₹1,199 (roughly $16.5), respectively. These new entry-level earphones come loaded with key features that make the headsets stand out among their competitors.
The Ptron Bassbuds Vista headsets feature Qi wireless charging and include a 5W wireless charger in the box. On the other hand, the Ptron Bassbuds Pro TWS earphones have a digital battery indicator in the charging case.

Like said earlier, the Ptron Bassbuds Vista includes a wireless charger and the Bassbuds Pro has a digital battery indicator in its charging case. Apart from this, the “Vista” headsets can also be charged using a Micro-USB cable. Further, the Ptron Bassbuds Vista earphones use Bluetooth 5.1 for connectivity. Rated with IPX4 water resistance, the earphones feature an in-canal design and fit. Furthermore, the headsets claim a battery life of four hours on the earpieces. It is further enhanced by an additional eight hours by the charging case. As aforementioned, the company also includes a Qi-certified wireless charger that you can also use to wirelessly charge other compatible devices.
Now speaking of the Ptron Bassbuds Pro, they come with a USB Type-C port for charging, and as said before, its charging case has a digital display. It indicates the battery level of the charging case in terms of percentage so that users have better control over charging and use. Like Bassbuds Vista, the slightly more affordable Ptron Bassbuds Pro headsets also are IPX4 rated for water resistance. Also, these use Bluetooth 5.1 for connecting with other devices. Further, the earpieces have support for voice assistants like Google Assistant and Siri, and they also have touch controls. With similar battery life of up to four hours on the earpieces, the Ptron Bassbuds Pro TWS earphones have an additional two charges from the case, which amount to a total of 12 hours of use per charge cycle.
